The rescue has been coordinated by the government, <a class="Link" href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-03-16/us-pushes-first-republic-rescue-with-big-banks-after-stock-slump" target="_blank">per</a> a report from <i>Bloomberg</i>, in an effort to stabilize the regional <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/finance-and-banking" target="_blank">bank</a> which has seen nearly 71% of its value evaporate this week.
