The FBI captured three fugitives accused of participating in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol who were hiding at a ranch in Florida, the agency announced on Saturday.

The agency executed three arrest warrants for Jonathan Daniel Pollock, Olivia Michele Pollock, and Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III, who are each scheduled to appear in federal court in Ocala, Florida, on Monday. The arrests come on the third anniversary of the Capitol attack.

BIDEN INVITED TO GIVE STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS ON MARCH 7

The FBI had been searching for Jonathan Pollock since the summer of 2021, when he was initially indicted with his sister Olivia Pollock and Hutchinson. The other two were later declared fugitives in the summer of 2023 after they failed to appear for their trials.

The FBI put out a search notice shortly after Jonathan's disappearance, warning he could be "armed and dangerous." The agency offered a reward of up to $30,000 for information that would lead to his arrest, although it's unclear whether that helped lead to his capture.

Jonathan Pollock faces charges of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers; aiding and abetting; theft of government property; restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. Olivia Pollock and Hutchinson face the same charges.
