The potential feud between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, should it ever happen, will be live-streamed on X, the social media platform once known as Twitter.
Musk, the owner of X, announced early in the morning on Sunday that the livestream of the potential fight will take place on his platform, and that all proceeds generated from the fight will be donated to charity supporting veterans. The announcement comes as Musk and Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, have continually hinted over the last few weeks that a hand-to-hand combat fight will be held between the two technology entrepreneurs.

Zuckerberg himself has been keeping in shape ahead of the potential fight, announcing last month on social media he had earned a blue belt in jujitsu. The announcement Zuckerberg made was through a video of him learning the martial art from "jujitsu legend" Mikey Musumeci.

The two Big Tech billionaires appeared to agree to fight each other in a cage fight back in June. Musk's biographer, Walter Isaacson, has stated that the supposed cage fight between Musk and Zuckerberg is really just a metaphor for the pair's online battle between X and Threads, Zuckerberg's alternative to X.
Threads launched last month and reached two million users within two hours of its launch, which was massive for a new platform. However, Threads has struggled to retain its users, as its daily active user count was down by 82% from its launch as of July 31, according to CNN.
