Former President Donald Trump is reportedly appealing a court ruling which requires former Vice President Mike Pence to testify to a grand jury investigating Trump's alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

Trump has made his appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, per Bloomberg, after a judge ruled last month against Trump's assertion that executive privilege should prevent Justice Department Special Counsel Jack Smith’s office from seeking Pence's testimony.
