The Department of Homeland Security on Tuesday turned a South Park joke about Immigration and Customs Enforcement into a recruitment campaign.

Comedy Central released a sneak preview of South Park’s second episode for its 27th season on Tuesday. The Wednesday episode will include a segment on ICE raids, according to the preview.

DHS took a screenshot of the preview, which featured a car full of masked ICE agents, and shared it on its X account. The caption simply included a link to apply to work for ICE.

Nearly two weeks ago, the season premiere targeted President Donald Trump in jokes that gave the president a fictitious relationship with the devil and featured the Trump character threatening to sue nearly every character, including Jesus Christ. This episode prompted a response from the White House the following day.

WOKE IS DEAD’: SOUTH PARK’S SEASON 27 PULLS ZERO PUNCHES

“This show hasn’t been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention,” White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers said. “President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country’s history – and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump’s hot streak.”

South Park co-creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, penned a five-year deal to continue the show via Paramount+ on July 23, the same day the most recent episode debuted. Trump’s Federal Communications Commission approved Paramount’s merger with Skydance in the days before South Park aired its first episode.
