It’s well known that Democrats support exterminating pregnancies and have no regard for the lives of children in the womb. They’ve been ardent supporters of abortion for decades and have brainwashed millions of people into thinking exterminating the lives of children in the womb is a woman’s right.

With the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization decision, Democrats went apoplectic on the abortion topic, warning that it would cost Republican candidates at the ballot box. It’s the exact fearmongering Pennsylvania Democrats are using against Carolyn Carluccio, the Republican candidate for Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

As anyone living in Pennsylvania who watches the NFL on Sundays can attest, the Left has produced numerous commercials attacking Carluccio, the first female president judge in the history of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Carluccio has been on the bench since 2009, which means she has ruled on myriad cases involving numerous political matters. Yet the only commercials that have targeted Carluccio have focused on abortion.

This includes a “six-figure digital ad campaign” against her that Planned Parenthood Votes funded. The group accused Carluccio of “scrubbing her website of anti-abortion language” and having “dangerous positions on sexual and reproductive healthcare.” And even though only a radical left-wing ideologue could consider protecting the lives of children in the womb as a “dangerous position,” Planned Parenthood Votes’s scare tactics are deceptive.

Naturally, the attacks on Carluccio feature much of the usual hyperbolic hysteria misinformation regarding protecting the lives of children in the womb, such as no exceptions for rape, incest, or emergencies involving the life of the mother. Imagine the absurdity of insinuating that a mother would be against a health procedure that could save the life of a mother. However, that’s the level of fanaticism and deceitful propaganda Democrats are using against Carluccio.

Furthermore, abortion is already legal in the state, and Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) affirmed his desire to keep it that way as long as he was in office. Moreover, Carluccio also previously said that abortion in Pennsylvania is settled law and that she wouldn’t legislate from the bench. But such things do not fit the left-wing, pro-baby killing narrative. Democrats aren't interested in facts or the truth. They only care about scaring voters and riling up their emotions to get them out to vote.

Democrats used to proclaim that supporting pro-life policies was a war against women. However, since Carluccio is female, such messaging is not applicable. Incidentally, Democrats showed that kind of inflammatory rhetoric was never really true since they are currently attacking Carluccio for wanting to protect the lives of the unborn. Abortion has never been about “women’s rights.” It was always about eliminating the biological consequences of hedonistic, irresponsible sexual behavior. It was just packaged as “women’s rights” to scare the female voting population into voting for Democrats.

But voters must not be fooled by these well-funded attacks. The reality is Democrats don’t want Carluccio on the Supreme Court because they want a candidate who will help keep big abortion alive and well in the Keystone State. That’s why Planned Parenthood Votes is using hundreds of thousands of dollars to try to manipulate public opinion.

Moreover, PPV’s involvement speaks volumes and should solve any moral or ethical dilemmas on whom Pennsylvania voters should support. On one side is an institution that helps end the lives of innocent children in the womb. On the other is an accomplished lawyer, a judge, a wife, and a mother of three. If rights matter to Pennsylvanians, then they should support the candidate who is being attacked by the organization known for suppressing the most basic right of all humans — the right to life.
