Three people were reportedly shot at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility on Wednesday morning in Dallas. Police were seeking multiple shooting suspects who they believe targeted ICE agents. It’s the latest act of extreme violence against ICE personnel since President Donald Trump began his second term in January.
As tensions continue to tighten, Democrats continue to endanger society by using dangerous, deceitful, and inflammatory rhetoric to categorize their political rivals and opponents. This is especially true regarding the nation’s law enforcement officers, particularly ICE and Department of Homeland Security personnel. By now, you’re familiar with the insults: “Nazi!” “Fascist!” “Brown shirt!” “Gestapo!” In addition to such words being a gross misapplication, using them is also very dangerous. When Democrats use words such as “Nazi” or “fascist,” they are using the words and rhetoric of radicalized individuals, people such as Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin.

After all, it wasn’t “MAGA” or “Trump” that was engraved in Kirk’s alleged assassin’s bullet casings.
Think about the magnitude of this reality. Democrats are using the words of political assassins to describe the country’s law enforcement officers, U.S. citizens, who risk their lives defending other people.

If people are still confused as to why political violence has risen in this country, it is unquestionably because of Democrats. The proof is in their everyday actions and comments. They regularly promote their dangerous rhetoric and have no shame in doing so. Consider some of the heinous things Democrats have said about the country’s citizens.
While speaking at a University of Minnesota graduation ceremony, Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN), the 2024 Democratic nominee for vice president, called ICE agents a “modern-day Gestapo.” The fact that a governor felt comfortable using the term for Adolf Hitler’s secret police to describe U.S. citizens is indicative of the inherent dangers of contemporary Democratic politicians.
Such radical sentiments were expressed by multiple congressional Democrats as well. For example, in August, Rep. John Larson (D-CT) said masked ICE agents were equivalent to the Gestapo and SS officers from Nazi Germany.
“This is not Germany,” Larson said. “That is the SS and the Gestapo. This is the United States of America. Unmask yourselves.”
The Gestapo comparison was used again, in June, by yet another Democratic congressman, Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-MA). During a congressional hearing on sanctuary state policy, Lynch said ICE officers were “thugs” and again used the Gestapo moniker to describe them.
“In late March, ICE agents wearing masks and hoodies detained Rumeysa Ozturk,” Lynch said. “And those of you who watched that abduction, when you compare the old films of the Gestapo grabbing people off the streets of Poland, and you compare them to those nondescript thugs, who grabbed that student, that graduate student, it does look like a Gestapo operation.”
And there are numerous other examples of Democrats using the kind of words and rhetoric Kirk’s alleged assassin used to describe ICE agents and officers. Boston Mayor Michelle Wu likened ICE to a neo-Nazi group over wearing masks. Gov. JB Pritzker (D-IL) said the U.S. has “essentially” become Nazi Germany because of ICE’s operations removing the “worst of the worst” criminal illegal immigrants throughout the nation. Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-NY) labeled ICE officers and their security efforts as authoritarian and compared them to the secret police.

Their reckless words, vile insults, and threatening rhetoric have put the country at a boiling point. Radicalized left-wing acolytes and ideologues have resorted to embracing the core tenets of violence of Marxist political orthodoxy. Democrats have lit the fuse and thrown the dynamite as if they had nothing to do with these acts of terrorism.
