As former President Donald Trump narrows his list of potential running mates, Democrats are expanding their focus to 16 politicians who could emerge with a golden ticket.
The Democratic Senate Majority PAC offered up 11 names for donors to pick from as their favorite to debate Vice President Kamala Harris in the fall.
“Take our new Democratic VP survey now: Who do you most want to see Vice President Kamala Harris take on and defeat in November?” the group said.
And Emily’s List provided 14 names and warned that any Trump selection will champion anti-abortion policies.
The organization’s list included:
The Senate Majority PAC omitted Rubio, DeSantis, Haley, Greene, and Lake. And it added former Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii and Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX).
Notably missing were former acting intelligence chief Richard Grenell and Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R-VA).

The group also made an interesting claim — that ever since moving into the White House in 2021, Harris and President Joe Biden have been warring with Trump.
“Ever since Joe Biden chose Sen. Kamala Harris to be his vice presidential nominee, they’ve worked tirelessly to defeat Donald Trump and deliver results for the American people. And they’re ready to do it again,” the memo read.
