


A group of car burglars in San Francisco is going viral after a local reporter captured them on video moving down the street and breaking into a series of cars without consequence and no apparent police response.
Footage shows the team of criminals driving throughout the city's Fisherman's Wharf area and smashing the windows out of a series of cars before stealing the items inside.

"These guys in Lexus bipped cars all over SF's Fisherman's Wharf, one by one," Henry Lee, who filmed the incident, posted on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

"'I started following them, and they just didn't care, obviously, that they were being followed or not, and it kept happening,' witness tells me," Lee added.
The reporter followed the suspects and took two videos of their crimes.

During the break-in of one car, the suspect encounters what sounds like a woman screaming in the backseat of a blue SUV as her belongings are ripped from her hands.
Lee tagged the San Francisco Police Department and SFPD Central Station in his posts, which have amassed more than 7 million views.
