President Joe Biden’s campaign is rolling out a new website about Project 2025 in a last-minute attempt from the campaign to attack former President Donald Trump and his allies before the CNN presidential debate.

The website cites a comprehensive 920-page plan from the conservative Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025, an initiative aimed at paving “the way for an effective conservative administration.”

According to the president’s campaign, the plan: “Takes Away Reproductive Freedom Nationwide, Uses the Presidency for Revenge on Trump’s Political and Personal Enemies, Terminates the Constitution, Consolidates Power in the Oval Office, Guts Democratic Checks and Balances on Presidential Power, Gives Handouts to the Ultra Wealthy Paid for by Working Families, And Much, Much, Much More.”

The plan came from “the highest levels of the MAGA Trump elite” and “this same group of advisors and allies got Trump to adopt most of their agenda in 2017, but this time their Project 2025 agenda is even more extreme and dives into almost every aspect of Americans’ daily life,” according to the Biden campaign.

The Heritage Foundation is not officially affiliated with the Trump campaign and has not formally endorsed him for this election cycle — its co-founder endorsed former Vice President Mike Pence in the primaries. The foundation is much more likely to support Trump over Biden, however.

The plan appears more conservative than Trump’s platform, and the Biden campaign used it to blast the former president, especially on abortion. According to the Heritage Foundation, the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision is “just the beginning” and the president should “push as hard as possible to protect the unborn in every jurisdiction in America.” This suggests that, if elected, Trump would enact a federal abortion ban. However, his position is more hands-off, as he previously said he would leave the matter up to the states.

The campaign lists several more reasons how “Donald Trump is planning to reach into your daily life and how his extreme MAGA allies are planning to consolidate power and steamroll democratic checks and balances to get it done.”

The website serves as one of the Biden campaign’s most comprehensive attacks on Trump and endorses the president in several contrasts to his opponent on major issues such as abortion, on which the campaign leaned heavily on the website.

The CNN presidential debate between Biden and Trump is scheduled for 9 p.m. Thursday.
