72-year-old entertainment mogul Jeffrey Katzenberg, the co-founder of DreamWorks SKG, is advising President Joe Biden in his 2024 reelection efforts and has reportedly advised the president to embrace his age like some elderly celebrities have.

The Hollywood mogul reportedly suggested that Biden should lean into his age like beloved octogenarian entertainment examples, including 80-year-old Harrison Ford, starring in the new Indiana Jones movie coming out this Friday, and 80-year-old Rolling Stones' Mick Jagger, who still tours worldwide, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

FOURTH OF JULY AIRFARE DOWN BY 27% FROM LAST YEAR

According to sources familiar with conversations between Biden's advisers, Katzenberg is encouraging the 80-year-old president to "lean into his longevity as a sign of wisdom and experience" and with "a sense of humor."

The former chairman of Walt Disney Studios is not the only influential Hollywood adviser looking to ramp up efforts to help reelect Biden.

“Jeffrey will call, and I will help,” actor George Clooney said of joining Hollywood forces to help in Biden's presidential bid.

“I always just say, look, everybody keeps coming into Hollywood for cash, and they don’t come to us for the one thing we do better than anybody, which is tell stories,” the Ocean's Eleven actor said in an interview.

The actor added, “And so I think it’s probably a very good idea that they’re going to Jeffrey not just for raising money, but for narratives. And I think that’s a very good thing. Jeffrey, he’s a dog with a bone, and he doesn’t let go.”

In late April, Biden had invited Katzenberg to the White House prior to announcing his bid for reelection, and then he became one of seven national co-chairs of Biden’s 2024 campaign.

The Hollywood big shot is expected to wield his power with his industry contacts to raise some $2 billion in campaign funds.
