Arnold Schwarzenegger said he is not comfortable with death.

“We don’t know what happens with the soul and all this spiritual stuff that I’m not an expert in, but I know that the body as we see each other now, we will never see each other again like that,” Schwarzenegger recently explained to his Twins co-star Danny DeVito for Interview magazine.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, right, a cast member in the film "Terminator: Dark Fate," talks about the film during the Paramount Pictures presentation at CinemaCon 2019, the official convention of the National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO) at Caesars Palace, Thursday, April 4, 2019, in Las Vegas.

The movie star and former California governor called heaven a “fantasy,” saying it sounds good but that he doesn’t believe in it.

“When people talk about, ‘I will see them again in heaven,’ it sounds so good, but the reality is that we won’t see each other again after we’re gone,” Schwarzenegger said. “That’s the sad part. I know people feel comfortable with death, but I don’t.”

Schwarzenegger, 75, recalled a time when Howard Stern asked him about his thoughts regarding death: “‘Tell me governor, what happens when we die?’ I said, ‘Nothing. You’re six feet under. Anyone that tells you something else is a f***ing liar.’”

The Terminator star noted that he will “miss the s*** out of everything.”

“I don’t know what the deal is, but in any case, it’s a reality,” Schwarzenegger said, reflecting on death. “It truly pisses me off. … What the f***? What kind of deal is that?”
