Some social media users are threatening to boycott Amazon for adding President Donald Trump’s The Apprentice reality show to its streaming service. This is the second boycott consumers have sought to enact against the company this month.

The announcement from Amazon on Monday was a landmark for the show, which aired on NBC from 2004 to 2017, as it marked the first time a streaming platform has picked up the television series. However, several users were unhappy with its inclusion on Prime Video, with one user on Facebook requesting a refund: “I don’t want this s***.”

In response, Prime Video’s official account posted directions on how users can cancel their memberships.

“There really is no end to the pandering from Bezos, “The Apprentice” is now on Amazon Prime in addition to the $40M deal with Melania, $1M to Trump Inaugural Fund and drastic changes to the WAPO Editorial pages,” a CNN commentator wrote on X.

“Canadians, Prime is about to stream the Apprentice,” another X user wrote. “Bezos is a total MAGA a**hat if you don’t cancel Prime you are aiding the enemy. Boycott Prime eat the rich s*** on their graves.”

“Boycott Amazon showing of the apprentice,” one more X user stated. “We don’t support companies who don’t support DEI, and support orange man. You’re canceled @amazon.”

MANFALL: HOW AMAZON CAN SAVE JAMES BOND

The calls for a boycott against Amazon come after The People’s Union USA, a grassroots movement, called for a weeklong boycott against the online retailer, which went into effect on Friday. It comes after Amazon decided to roll back some of its programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion and cut references to “inclusion and diversity” from its annual report last month.

Amazon picked up The Apprentice‘s first seven seasons. The first season is now available to watch on Prime Video, and consecutive seasons will be released on the platform weekly through April 27.
