Unionized actors celebrated the end of the strike against the major Hollywood studios in various posts online.

The Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists ended its strike Wednesday against Amazon/MGM, Apple, NBCUniversal, Disney/ABC/Fox, Netflix, Paramount/CBS, Sony, and Warner Bros. All 160,000 of its members were on strike for 118 days.

SOCIAL SECURITY UPDATE: SECOND ROUND OF DIRECT PAYMENTS WORTH UP TO $4,555 ARRIVES IN SIX DAYS

Star Wars actor Mark Hamill expressed his excitement on X, formerly known as Twitter, about the three-year agreement.

"AT LAST... they have reached a 'tentative' agreement... and I am tentatively thrilled beyond words!!!" Hamill posted.

Actress Jennifer Tilly posted a celebratory photo of herself and Chucky writer Don Mancini in a bathtub with the titular doll. Tilly was featured on the cast of the film's sequel.

"STRIKE’S OVER B****ES!!!" Tilly captioned the photo. "GET BACK TO WORK!!!"

Actor Jeremy Allen White was at the premiere of The Iron Claw when the news broke and shared his reaction on the red carpet. The Iron Claw is produced by A24, which was not among the struck studios.

"That's amazing!" White said. "It makes me feel incredible."

Actress Amirah Vann posted a clip from her series How to Get Away with Murder to Instagram to commemorate the end of the strike.

"I am so grateful for all that you do for us! To my fellow union members: You have what it takes to get through this & it’s lasting affects!" Vann captioned the clip. "It won’t always be as tough (financially/emotionally) as it may have been these past few months. Hold on my friend. We need each other love you."

"Let’s all start C R E A T I N G again," actress Jenna Elfman of The Walking Dead wrote on Instagram. "Big thanks to all involved!"

The tentative agreement has not been released in full, as it has yet to be reviewed and ratified by the SAG-AFTRA National Board. However, the union did say that the agreement includes "'above-pattern' minimum compensation increases" and will require consent from performers before their likeness is infused with artificial intelligence and compensation should they opt into it. Actors will also receive streaming bonuses, similar to residuals from television shows, for the first time.

SAG-AFTRA was the last union in Hollywood on strike as the Writers Guild of America was able to make a deal with studios after months on strike. Meanwhile, the Directors Guild of America reached an agreement without any fanfare.
