In its latest update, popular simulation video game The Sims 4 announced its addition of "top surgery scars" for users to adorn their characters with.

The scars, which represent the surgical removal of breasts from biological females, are available for use on both adult and teenage Sims.

According to its website, "all players can find a Body Scars category with an option for Teen and older male Sims (masculine or feminine frame) to add a Top Surgery Scar to their Sims."

Per EA, The Sims 4 is rated "T for Teen" by the Entertainment Software Rating Board, which is defined as "content is generally suitable for ages 13 and up."

"A base game update is here with new content including medical wearables, binders, shapewear, a light switch & more including bug fixes & console gameplay improvements," the game wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.

As the tweet touches on, sims can now wear "binders," which are commonly used by transgender individuals to flatten and compress breasts so that they are less noticeable.

The "Binder top asset for your Teen and older Sims" is now available for use, according to the site.

The game has already allowed for users to choose whether their characters are male or female, have masculine or feminine bodies, and can become pregnant or not, allowing transgender users to create transgender simulated characters. This is just the latest in Electronic Arts's venture to be more inclusive.
