Comedian Dan Aykroyd will host a new six-part comedic docuseries for Fox Nation.
The series, titled A History of the World in Six Glasses, will premiere in January.
Aykroyd, known for films such as Ghostbusters, The Blues Brothers, and Driving Miss Daisy, isn't the only star involved. The series will also feature Jim Belushi, Jon Lovitz, Kevin Nealon, and George Wendt. All but one of the men are Saturday Night Live alumni. While Wendt wasn't featured or a cast member on SNL, he did host the popular sketch show in 1991.

Wendt is known for portraying the character Norm Peterson on Cheers.
The docuseries will chronicle the history of beer, wine, spirits, coffee, tea, and soda. It will also discuss the impact each has had on the world.
“I laughed out loud watching every episode and learned so much about the cultural impact of these iconic beverages,” said Fox Nation President Jason Klarman in the announcement.

According to a press release, the series was developed by Play House Studios. It was written and directed by Rob Long, who was once an executive producer for NBC's Cheers.
The streaming platform is also gearing up to release Roseanne Barr's return to comedy this month. Her new Fox Nation stand-up special, Cancel This!, will premiere on Feb. 13. “Has anybody else been fired recently?” Barr jokes in a teaser for the special.
