


A suspect police believe is behind Monday's deadly U-Haul truck rampage in Brooklyn is set to be arraigned Tuesday.
Investigators believe 62-year-old Weng Sor is behind the rampage that killed at least one person and injured eight others, according to a report.

New York Police Department officials have yet to announce a motive for Sor, who does have a criminal history, but they do not believe he was inspired by any terrorist ideology.

Video of the roughly hourlong rampage is going viral on social media.
Sor was finally stopped when an NYPD cruiser boxed the truck in near the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel, police said.

"What we saw today is a clear example why, every moment of every day, the NYPD must be prepared for every possibility," NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
