 <br><span class="ArticlePage-articleBody-firstLetter">S</span>ecretary of State <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/antony-blinken" target="_blank">Antony Blinken</a> said he canceled his trip to <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/china" target="_blank">China</a> over the <a class="Link" href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tag/spying" target="_blank">spy balloon</a> spotted flying over the United States. 

Blinken, at a briefing Friday, said now does not seem like the time "for a constructive" visit. 

“I can only imagine what the reaction would be in China if they were on the other end,” Blinken said.
