This tweet isn’t remarkable for what it says but for who said it. Ana Kasparian is executive producer and host of “The Young Turks,” a decidedly leftist bunch. Nevertheless, she’s drawing the line at being called a “birthing person” or a “person with a uterus.” Meanwhile, the staffers in the Biden administration are busy scrubbing the word “mother” from federal documents and replacing it with “birthing person.”

You can’t though. People are still burning J.K. Rowling’s books after a “transphobic” tweet that was not the least bit transphobic.

Media Matters alumnus Parker Molloy wants to know why Kasparian feels personally affected:

Sure enough, liberals in her replies are saying “no one actually uses those terms” (yes, they do) and why should she be bothered if it doesn’t affect her personally? Maybe she’s bothered for the same reasons most women are bothered — because it’s erasing women.
