First of all, Judd Legum is doing himself absolutely no favors by defending David Hogg, who is always wrong. As Biden would say, “You think I’m joking,” but no, Hogg is always wrong. Spectacularly so. And now on Twitter 2.0, people like Hogg (and Legum) are getting tagged with “Community Notes” which add context the reader might like to know.

We thought Twitter was a private company that could do what it wanted. We’re not sure where Hogg’s “right” not to have Community Notes appended to his tweets comes from.

Shouldn’t Legum and Hogg just move to Mastodon with everyone else? Twitter’s obviously too tough on them.
