Every Twitchy reader knows that the indictment and arraignment of former President Donald Trump is politically motivated. The judge in the case has warned Trump to be careful about what he posts on social media, and the prosecution handed out printouts of “Truths” from Truth Social that they say were meant to intimidate Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

The big social media scandal Tuesday afternoon is Trump’s sons, Eric and Donald Jr., as well as Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene posting photos of Judge Juan Merchan’s 34-year-old daughter. Also posting the photo was the Daily Mail:

Speculation of political bias is heightening surrounding Donald Trump’s indictment after it was revealed the daughter of the judge presiding over the case worked for Vice President Kamala Harris’ 2020 presidential run and a slew of other progressive campaigns.

Trump railed against Judge Juan Manuel Merchan in a social media rant ahead of his arraignment on Tuesday afternoon with a post claiming the judge is from a ‘family of well known Trump haters.’

Loren Merchan, the 34-year-old daughter of the Manhattan judge, is partner and president of Authentic Campaigns, a progressive digital firm, and worked on several high-profile Democratic campaigns – including for President Joe Biden.

Huh.

There’s a lot of fake outrage on Twitter over the Trump sons trying to intimidate the judge by posting his adult daughter’s photo online.

Obviously intended to intimidate … remember, this is the guy the Washington Post counts on to fact-check every claim made by a conservative.

The Trump sons retweeted the Breitbart story which included the photo. The way these people frame it it sounds like they posted a personal photo of a little girl. Lame.
