We’re talking, of course, about Sophia Rebecca. Sophia has somehow managed to fly under the radar despite her having mad ballet skillz. We’re not exactly sure why people only just rediscovered her awesomeness, but we couldn’t be happier that they have.

Behold the magic. The majesty. The epitome of girl power:

Sophia’s only been dancing since age 33? Incredible! So much raw talent in those dainty feet of hers. Does it remind you of anything?

Yes! It’s just like that!

Except, of course, when those dads show off their ballet moves, it’s adorable and sweet. When Sophia does it, it’s neither adorable nor sweet.

Yiiiiiikes.

Why not? It couldn’t possibly be any cringier than what we’ve just seen.

Not only is Sophia’s dancing painful to watch and an insult to our aesthetic sensibilities, but it’s also an insult to actual women, especially to actual women who have given so much of their time and their bodies to ballet.

They must feel a lot like the Asian kid who got passed over for admission to Harvard in favor of David Hogg.

No. We are very much not inspired.
