This the UK. Two police officers in East Sussex pepper-spray and taser a confused 92-yr-old man with one leg, because he was holding a butter knife and wouldn’t put it down.
Here’s the video:

Bodycam footage released shows UK police tasering Donald Burgess, a 92-year-old man with one leg, after pepper-spraying him in the face.
Infuriating.
To make matters worse, Burgess was hospitalized because of the incident where he contracted Covid and sadly passed 22 days later.
Burgess was a resident at a nursing home in East Sussex at the time of the incident.
Police were called after the old man refused to put down a butter knife.
Instead of calming down the situation, according to prosecutors, police officers emptied nearly an entire can of pepper spray on Burgess before tasing him.
Burgess was not within arm’s reach of the officers. He was also suffering from a urinary tract infection at the time, which can make someone confused or agitated.
“It ought to have been obvious by the fact he had one leg that this was a man who wasn’t going to be mobile,” prosecutors said.
“This was an elderly, vulnerable man who may not have understood what was going on.”
PC Stephen Smith is facing two counts of assault, and PC Rachel Comotto is facing one charge of assault.
This is absolutely absurd. I just want to know, where’s the common sense? This man should still be alive and recovering from his urinary tract infection. Unbelievable.
I’d be willing to bet money that this is a result of DEI policies.
