Richard Dawkins said overnight night this Facebook account has just been deleted. He suggested it’s not because of anything he posted on Facebook, but rather because of what he posted on X.
Dawkins said he posted on X that genetically male boxer such as Imane Khelif shouldn’t be fighting against women in the Olympics.
And then suddenly, his Facebook account got deleted.
Elon Musk retweeted this a few hours ago, saying “Wow.”
Dawkins reportedly lives in England where there is a war right now against ‘keyboard warriors’ for what is deemed ‘incitement’. It wouldn’t shock me if the British government had his Facebook account deleted when they read this. They can’t delete his X account because Musk would never allow such a partnership. But Meta, on the other hand, is a leftist organization and they would do such a thing.
In related news, a man has been sentenced to 3 years for a satirical post about the UK unrest, according to Ian Miles Cheong:
INSANE: This young man’s going to prison for slightly over three years for making a satirical post about the unrest in the UK. He copied and pasted words said by Lucy Connolly, a Tory counsellor’s wife who got arrested for her remarks on X, to make a point about two-tier policing. (via @Lauren_Southern who found this)
He even points out in his immediate follow-up posts that he’s not being serious. No matter, the court found him guilty. Apparently humor and satire are now illegal in the UK if a judge decides you broke the law.
The UK is completely out of control.
