The House just passed a bill that makes a drunk driving conviction grounds for deportation of an illegal immigrant or, as it refers in the legislative language, an ‘alien’, which I believe means any non-citizen as a guest here.

The vote for the bill brought in 37 Democrats, while 160 opposed it. The vote count was 246-160. It shows that 25 members didn’t vote.

It looks like Thomas Massie actually voted for the bill. He’s a ‘no’ on most things, so I just assumed he’d find a reason not to vote for this one.

Now we’ll see if this can get through the Senate. Should be a slam dunk, but most things never are with RINOS and Dems.
