The “trans woman” shooter who murdered two school kids and wounded 17 others at a Catholic Mass in Minnesota confessed in his journal that he “was tired of being trans.” 

The revelation that Robin Westman, given name Robert, was a crazed maniac who severely needed psychiatric help shows up in the journal, the New York Post revealed today. He posted it to YouTube before he began firing into Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis.

The journal also reveals that he fantasized about murdering school children.

Westman fired into the church through stained glass windows at about 8:30 a.m. He murdered an eight-year-old and a 10-year-old, and wounded 17 others, including 14 kids.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara told Fox9 that Westman carried a rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol, and cops think he used all three.

A crazy, now-deleted YouTube video shows Westman handling magazines for semi-automatic rifles and pistols. On the magazines he wrote disturbed, threatening messages.

For instance, one magazine features the names of mass shooters. The list included Charles Whitman, who murdered 17 people at the University of Texas in 1966. Westman also revered Adam Lanza, who murdered 26 at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, in 2012. That magazine also says “For The Children.” 

“Where Is Your God?” another asks. “Kill Donald Trump” and “Killer Sadist” are written on a third.

A smoke canister claims it contains “Extra Thick Jew Gas.”

But the Post report suggests that a main motive for the killing was his “trans identity.” Westman regretted becoming a “trans woman.” On the other hand, he regretted that he could not become a woman because of “today’s technology.”

He was not only “tired of being trans,” but also wished he had “never brain-washed” himself, the Post reported.

“In a twisted handwritten journal he shared on YouTube before the massacre — much of which is encrypted in a homespun code of Russian Cyrillic script and English words — Westman groaned about his long hair and his decision to transition,” the Post reported:

“I only keep [the long hair] because it is pretty much my last shred of being trans. I am tired of being trans, I wish I never brain-washed myself,” he wrote, according to a translation by The Post.

“I can’t cut my hair now as it would be an embarrassing defeat, and it might be a concerning change of character that could get me reported. It just always gets in my way. I will probably chop it on the day of the attack.”

“I regret being trans. I wish I was a girl I just know I cannot achieve that body with the technology we have today. I also can’t afford that,” he said.

Westman, 23 years old when he committed suicide in the church parking lot, petitioned to change his name from Robert to Robin at 17 because he “identifies as a female and wants her name to reflect that identification,” the Post reported. The change was OK’d in 2020.

More of his writings suggest he suffered from gender dysphoria, a mental health problem in the same class of disorders as anorexia nervosa. 

“I don’t want to dress girly all the time but I guess sometimes I really like it,” he wrote, the Post reported:

“I know I am not a woman but I definitely don’t feel like a man.”

Westman’s chilling writings revealed his violent fantasies about killing children, including wanting to be the “scary horrible monster standing over those powerless kids.” He also glorifies the Sandy Hook massacre, in which 20 schoolchildren were killed.

His notebook also showed how he had specifically targeted Annunciation Catholic Church and School, where he graduated from grade school in 2017.

His mother, who had worked at the school, signed off on the name change that created the “trans” identity that led to the murders, Fox9 In Minneapolis reported.

Though kids typically grow out of confusion about their genders, Westman apparently didn’t. And neither do many others because they are encouraged to believe the falsehood that they were born in the “wrong body.”

As Dr. Paul McHugh, psychiatry professor emeritus at Johns Hopkins University, has explained, gender dysphoria is a treatable condition akin, again, to anorexia or any other body dysphoria. Just as a person with anorexia falsely believes she is fat, a boy with gender dysphoria falsely believes he is a girl. And just as psychiatrists don’t treat an anorexic by recommending liposuction, McHugh says, they shouldn’t treat gender dysphoria by recommending penectomies and mastectomies.

“Its treatment should not be directed at the body as with surgery and hormones any more than one treats obesity-fearing anorexic patients with liposuction,” he wrote in 2015:

The treatment should strive to correct the false, problematic nature of the assumption and to resolve the psychosocial conflicts provoking it. With youngsters, this is best done in family therapy.

As it is, “transgenders” are increasingly responsible for mass shootings. Though they are a small percentage of mass shooters, “transgenders,” including Westman, have perpetrated five of the most high-profile mass shootings since 2018.

McHugh’s view of their mental illness suggests that those shootings might have been avoided if they had received appropriate psychiatric care instead of encouragement in their delusion.
