The increasingly unhinged Democratic governor of Illinois, J.B. Pritzker ventured farther into the far-left malarial swamps today to unbosom himself of yet another claim that President Donald Trump is Adolf Hitler reincarnate, and that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents who arrest illegal aliens — notably illegal-alien rapists and murderers — are tantamount to the Gestapo.

This isn’t the first time Pritzker’s Trump Derangement Syndrome has afflicted the governor with a strange fever dream. Two Sundays ago, he claimed that Trump, not illegal aliens and their protectors in sanctuary Chicago, are making the city a “war zone.” In April, he likened Trump and all Republicans to Nazis.

Such are Pritzker’s deranged claims that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sallied forth recently with a point-by-point refutation of the governor’s prevarications.

Pritzker delivered his latest Trump-Hitler claim during an interview on Sirius XM radio, as Newsweek reported.

Speaking to talker Zerlina Maxwell, he said Trump had mentally “diminished capacities,” and that could mean military interference in the 2026 midterm election. Just like Nazi Germany!

Newsweek noted:

“Everything about the constitutional democracy that was Germany at the time before Hitler took over, and it only took him 53 days to change it to something other than a constitutional republic. I’ve been calling this out for a long time that again, I don’t think that we’re headed toward a Holocaust,” Pritzker said.

“I just think it just happens to be the thing I know best because I’ve spent so much time with Holocaust survivors, but authoritarian regimes — read On Tyranny or some of the other books that I think everybody’s reading now — about how they operate. And it really is a slow encroachment on everything that is near and dear to you.”

Despite not thinking “we’re headed toward another Holocaust,” Pritzker discussed many “Holocaust survivors” he knows:

For 10 years, I worked with Holocaust survivors who built a Holocaust museum, and they told me over and over, these were elderly people who’d gone through the worst things you could imagine and lived in sometimes Nazi Germany or Nazi-occupied countries in Europe, and were held in concentration camps and had their families murdered.

They have been very explicit about what happened to them, and how it was kind of a slow, steady encroachment on everything that they held dear.

On that note, former Illinois Democratic Governor Rod Blagojevich recently told Tucker Carlson that appointing Pritzker to the Illinois Human Rights Commission was a big mistake. Blagojevich called Pritzker “AOC in drag,” referring to far-left Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York. He describes himself as a “Trumpocrat.”

That aside, Pritzker asked “whether Maxwell could imagine leaving church, only to find federal agents there waiting to check her papers, as she shook her head,” Newsweek reported of the interview.

“Honestly, I’m worried for the people of Chicago, the people of the state of Illinois, and, you know, in a writ-large way, the entire country, because this is not just, it’s not going to end in Chicago,” Pritzker fretted.

As if that weren’t enough, the governor told Chicago’s Fox 32 that when and if the Democrats take power in Washington, D.C., vengeance is ahead.

“The tables will turn one day,” Pritzker said:

These people should recognize that maybe they’re not gonna get prosecuted today, although we’re looking at doing that, but they may get prosecuted after the Trump administration because the statute of limitations would not have run out.

“Can you believe this guy?” the DHS X feed wrote over video of the interview:

@GovPritzker threatening to prosecute law enforcement for enforcing the law and arresting murderers, pedophiles, rapists, drug traffickers, and gang members is DISGUSTING.

It’s no wonder Chicago’s murder rate is 330% higher than the national average under JB Pritzker.

His conduct is directly contributing to domestic terrorists attacking our brave law enforcement. He is going to get someone killed with this trash.

Responding to what it called Pritzker’s “smorgasbord of lies,” last week, DHS published a list of the pro-illegal-alien governor’s claims, with the necessary corrections.

Pritzker: The ICE deployment to Chicago is an “unconstitutional invasion of Illinois by the federal government” and is causing “violence and chaos” there.

In fact, “President Trump has the authority under the Constitution to deploy troops, wherever they’re stationed, to defend federal facilities from attacks,” DHS observed.

Pritzker: “They’re raiding neighborhoods, where, instead of going after the bad guys, they’re just picking up people who are brown and black and then checking their credentials.”

DHS: Since September, the beginning of Operation Midway Blitz, ICE and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have bagged more than 1,000 illegals. They include “pedophiles, child abusers, kidnappers, gang members, and armed robbers” along with Tren de Aragua (TdA) terror gang members.

As well, DHS said:

Allegations that DHS law enforcement officers engage in “racial profiling” are disgusting, reckless, and categorically FALSE. What makes someone a target for immigration enforcement is if they are illegally in the U.S. — NOT their skin color, race, or ethnicity. … There are no “indiscriminate stops” being made.

Pritzker: ICE and CPB are arresting citizens, and those agents “ransacked” a building when they went after gang members.

In fact, DHS said, the raid in question netted 37 illegals, including TdA members and “violent criminals.” DHS does not arrest citizens, and “any U.S. citizens arrested are [arrested] because of obstructing or assaulting law enforcement.”

Pritzker: Agents zip-tied a toddler.

Said DHS:

The claim that a toddler was zip-tied originated from a screenshot that went viral, with the original poster claiming it showed an ICE officer zip-tying a child.

This has been debunked: The screenshot in question was from a parody video on TikTok for entertainment, where the officer in the video was the father of the toddler seen in the image.

Pritzker: ICE murdered a man on September 12 who “had just dropped his kids off at a daycare and was headed to work.”

“Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez was an illegal alien who, when law enforcement ordered him to stop his car, instead drove his car at the officers,” DHS explained:

One of the ICE officers was hit by the car and dragged a significant distance. Fearing for his own life and broader public safety, the officer fired his weapon. Despite his injuries, the officer and his partner immediately started administering emergency medical care to the illegal alien, who was pronounced dead. Villegas-Gonzalez, who was the target of the operation, was a criminal illegal alien with a history of reckless driving.

Claiming Trump, not illegal aliens and their supporters, had turned Chicago into a “war zone,” Pritzker also lied about the two radicals who ambushed and rammed CPB agents in their vehicles.

In April, Pritzker went berserk on Republicans in general.

“These Republicans cannot know a moment of peace,” the billionaire raged during an apparent 2028 presidential campaign stop in New Hampshire:

They have to understand that we will fight their cruelty with every megaphone and microphone that we have. We must castigate them on the soapbox and then punish them at the ballot box.

Pritzker likened Republicans to Vidkun Quisling, Norway’s Nazi-collaborating president during World War II.

“We will never join so many Republicans in the special place in hell reserved for quislings and cowards,” Pritzker said. “We will relegate their portraits to the museum halls reserved for tyrants and traitors.”

During an interview with MSNBC’s Jen Psaki, Pritzker said his family fled to the United States from Ukraine “when the Russians were killing Jews during the pogroms.”

“What I feel, anyway, is that the dangers that my family experienced in Ukraine, the dangers that we saw in, you know, Nazi Germany, especially in the earliest days of Nazi Germany, are the dangers that we need to react to now,” he crazily claimed:

If we don’t, things will get much, much worse. And so we’ve got to raise alarm bells to everybody. It’s a five-alarm fire everyone. It’s time to step out of your comfort and step out into the streets.

Amusingly, Pritzker claimed that he isn’t speculating for good reason about the danger of a Nazi regime.

“I feel it in my bones,” he said, “because I’ve seen this happen before.”

No, he hasn’t. Pritzker was born in 1965 in Palo Alto, California. His family is one of the richest in America.
