Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has taken into custody the illegal-alien arrested in Oklahoma who carried a New York commercial driver license (CDL) with the name “No Name Given.”
Even better, the Department of Homeland Security reported, ICE revealed the slippery Mr. Given’s real name: Anmol Anmol, an Indian. Authorities collared Anmol last month when they also hauled in 125 illegals hurtling down the highways on Interstate 40.
The arrest highlighted the growing problem of Indian illegals who somehow procure CDLs, some without even speaking English. That was the case with the Indian arrested in connection with the death of three Americans in Florida.
The beginning of the end of Anmol’s career as an illegal-alien truck driver was September 25 on Interstate 40. It runs east-west through Oklahoma.
The day they caught Anmol, authorities also arrested 125 illegals from “multiple countries, including India, Uzbekistan, China, Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Mauritania,” the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs reported.
Shockingly, he carried the New York CDL with “No Name Given.”
“If New York wants to hand out CDLs to illegal immigrants with ‘No Name Given,’ that’s on them,” GOP Governor Kevin Stitt wrote on X:
The moment they cross into Oklahoma, they answer to our laws.
Perhaps more disturbing than New York’ giving a license to an individual called “No Name Given” is that the license bore the trademark star of the REAL ID. Passed in the aftermath of the 9/11 terror attacks, the REAL ID law forbids certain federal agencies from accepting standard licenses for purposes such as entering a nuclear power plant, boarding an aircraft, or entering certain federal facilities. They require a REAL ID.
Anmol is also a typical Biden migrant. “He entered the U.S. illegally in 2023 and was released by the Biden administration into the country,” DHS reported.
Anmol’s incarceration followed the arrest of another Indian illegal, Harjinder Singh. On August 14, he illegally U-turned an 18-wheeler on the busy Florida Turnpike, police allege. A car behind the truck smashed into the trailer. The driver and two passengers were killed.
The Transportation Department’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration then revealed that Singh couldn’t speak or read English. He abysmally failed an English Language Proficiency assessment, the department revealed:
The driver failed the assessment, providing correct responses to just 2 of 12 verbal questions and only accurately identifying 1 of 4 highway traffic signs.
In other words, as far as English goes, Singh is illiterate.
A sign on the interstate where Singh U-turned clearly stated that such U-turn areas were for “official use only.” Maybe if Singh had been able to read, he wouldn’t have U-turned. Then again, maybe if hadn’t been in the country, he wouldn’t have been driving a truck that can weigh as much as 40 tons fully loaded.
Worse still, two states, California and Washington, happily handed him CDLs to to hurtle down the highways without being able to read signs. Far-left Democratic governors run both states.
Reported FMCSA:
On July 15th, 2023, Washington State issued the driver a regular full-term Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Asylum seekers or individuals without legal status are NOT eligible for this type of license.
On July 23, 2024, California issued the driver a limited-term/non-domiciled CDL.
FMCSA is investigating the issuance of this license to determine whether it was issued in accordance with Federal regulations.
On July 3, 2025, the New Mexico State Police conducted a roadside inspection of the driver and issued a speeding ticket, but there is no indication that an ELP assessment was administered.
New Mexico has not yet begun enforcing ELP as an out-of-service condition, despite the requirement being in effect since June 25, 2025. [Emphasis added.]
After the fatal wreck, DOT demanded that California, Washington, and New Mexico comply with the federally mandated requirement that truck drivers be able to read and speak English.
Last year, an Indian illegal who was driving an 18-wheeler nearly killed a little girl in California. The victim was in a coma for three weeks. Driver’s name: Partap Singh.
For his part, Anmol’s arrest means one less Indian illegal alien is on the road. He will be deported, DHS said.
That won’t keep Indian truck drivers, illegal or otherwise, off the roads.
They have their own truck-driving school and trade association. They can “learn” to drive a truck at the Punjab Truck Driving School. After completing their education there, they can join the North American Punjabi Trucking Association. It is “the proud representative of the Punjabi trucking industry,” it brags on its website.
