The second of two illegal-alien thugs has been arrested in the shooting of a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer on Saturday night in New York City’s Fort Washington Park.

The two illegal Dominicans are Biden “migrants” caught and released at the border, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported. The two goons immediately began a career in crime after the Biden administration released them.

They weren’t the only violent criminals arrested through the weekend. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested at least 10 sex fiends and other illegal-alien criminals.

Video of the attack shows the two Biden “migrants” approaching the officer and his companion on a motorcycle in the park below the George Washington Bridge.

The companion told authorities that “she and the [officer] were sitting on the rocks by the water when two subjects on a scooter drove up to them, dismounted the scooter and approached them with a firearm drawn,” DHS reported:

The off-duty CBP officer responded by withdrawing his own firearm in self-defense. The CBP officer was shot in his right arm and left cheek. Thankfully, the officer is in stable condition at the hospital.

Video shows the two thugs riding away after the shooting.

Arrested today was Cristian Aybar Berroa. Yesterday, authorities arrested Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, “who shot the CBP officer,” DHS reported.

As per usual with Biden “migrants,” both are dangerous criminals.

Berroa jumped the border on June 19, 2022 and “was released into the country on interim parole pending his immigration hearing.” New York City ignored a detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement after cops arrested him for myriad crimes.

Reported DHS:

Ignoring the detainer, said DHS, “the New York City Department of Corrections released Berroa back onto NYC streets.”

The above arrests, of course, did nothing to dampen Berroa’s enthusiasm for a criminal career:

“A judge ordered Berroa a final order of removal on January 3, 2023,” DHS continued. But, of course, he was still in the country two and half years later.

Nunez is no future astronaut either. He jumped the border on April 4, 2023, and the Biden administration released him to commit his own mini-crime wave:

Yet before cops collared him for criminal contempt on November 30 last year, Nunez had received a final order of deportation after failing to appear for an immigration hearing.

Said DHS spokesman Tricia McLaughlin:

These violent thugs had committed a smorgasbord of crimes and been arrested multiple times and yet New York continued to release them, ignore an ICE detainer and allow them to continue to prey on Americans and terrorize our streets.

How many people have to die, how many lives have to be changed forever for [New York City] Mayor [Eric] Adams and his sanctuary politician ilk to end these performative politics?

Fumed White House aide Stephen Miller:

The Democrat Party willfully imported an army of military-aged foreign criminals to violently prey on American society. To return the Democrat Party to power would be to reopen the floodgates to every savage criminal around the world.

Acting ICE chief Todd Lyons blamed the Biden administration for the shooting:

Habitual criminals who weren’t even supposed to be in the United States shot an off-duty federal officer in one perpetrator’s second armed robbery this year.

ICE also released the names and records of 10 illegals from across the globe who agents arrested during the weekend:

Last week, ICE bagged an illegal with 67 arrests.
