Though the indictment of Tyler Robinson for the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk contains his admission of guilt, the FBI is investigating well more than 20 individuals who might have known about or been part of an assassination conspiracy.

FBI chief Kash Patel revealed the latest yesterday during a hearing of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.

And a major target in the investigation, the New York Post reported Wednesday, is Armed Queers SLC, an anti-American Marxist outfit. Frighteningly, the leader of the deranged group, Ermiya Fanaeian, appeared publicly with far-left Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts.

Robinson was indicted yesterday for the assassination of Kirk on September 10 on the campus of Utah Valley University (UVU). The Turning Point USA founder was launching the group’s American Comeback tour. Answering a question about mass shootings, a bullet fired from a roof 200 yards away hit him in the neck. Prosecutors will seek the death penalty.

In text messages with his roommate, Lance Twiggs, who is “transitioning” to become a “woman,” the indictment alleges, Robinson wrote that he murdered Kirk because he had “had enough of his hatred” and “some hate can’t be negotiated out.”

Robinson also confessed to friends in Discord messages. “Hey guys, I have bad news for you all,” he wrote on Discord, The Washington Post disclosed. “It was me at UVU yesterday. im sorry for all of this.”

Still, Patel told Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) during the hearing, the FBI is looking at dozens of people who might be involved in the crime or accessories afterward. “We are going to be investigating anyone and everyone involved in that Discord chat,” Patel said.

Hawley noted that the Discord gaming thread had more than 20 users that were linked to Robinson.

“It’s a lot more than that,” Patel said. “We’re running them all down.”

Patel told GOP Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana that “a number of individuals … are currently being investigated and interrogated — and a number [are] yet to be investigated and interrogated related to that chatroom,” Patel said.

“So others could have been involved?” Kennedy asked.

Patel: “Yes, sir.”

The Post reported Wednesday that the founder of Armed Queers SLC “has been identified as a radical transgender political organizer with ties to communist politics.”

Curiously, the lavender outfit “quietly scrubbed its online presence after Kirk was assassinated, but a law enforcement source told The Post that all open-source information on the group was downloaded and handed over to the FBI,” the newspaper reported:

The cache of information includes posts from Ermiya Fanaeian, the child of Iranian immigrants, according to the source familiar with the federal investigation, whose Instagram bio calls for “Revolution + Trans liberation in our lifetime!”

She has also advocated violence to achieve the aims of LGBTQ groups, citing the Stonewall Riots as an example in a TV interview on the campus of University of Utah. …

However, Fanaeian and Armed Queers SLC are on investigators’ radar as the FBI has widened its probe to include a potential “extended network” that could have aided Robinson in the Sept. 10 sniper attack at Utah Valley University.

Fanaeian, 25, is a devoted Marxist if not an outright communist, the Post reported.

The group hosted a lecture on “queer resistance” with the far-left Mecha de U of U organization, the Post continued:

Flyers promoting the event … feature a young woman clad in two ammo belts and clutching an AK-47, with her finger on the trigger.

Fanaeian also helped launch a student study group for the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), with a curriculum that includes names like Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin.

Fanaeian’s inspiration to form the group came from “historical communist and socialist revolutionaries of the mid 1900s” including Fidel Castro and the Black Panther Party, according to the university’s student newspaper, the Daily Utah Chronicle.

“The Party for Socialism and Liberation is not a liberal movement — we are a leftist movement,” Fanaeian told the outlet. “We are an anti-capitalist movement. We are a working class revolutionary movement.”

PSL’s main backer is Neville Singham, a US millionaire tech mogul with extensive ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) who bankrolls other radical organizations including National Students for Justice in Palestine, International People’s Assembly, Code Pink and ANSWER Coalition.

Circulating on X is a photo of Warren and Fanaeian’s hamming it up at what appears to be a Warren presidential campaign event.

X user Finley reported that the photo was found on Fanaeian’s Facebook page. Warren has her right arm around the “trans woman,” with signs of the senator’s campaign slogan, “PERSIST,” in the foreground.

And according to X user DataRepublican:

Fanaeian … was recognized by a State Dept-affiliated NGO, Utah Global Diplomacy, as a recipient of the ‘7 for 17’ Award for advancing the UNs 17 Goals.

Utah Global Diplomacy has since scrubbed Fanaeian’s presence from their website. Unknown when this purge happened. The receipts remain.
