In today’s upside-down world, we’ve all heard stories about “blaming the victim.” Bullied kids at government schools come to mind. But whatever you’ve heard in this regard, nothing can compare to an incident out of Austria that just beggars belief.
As American Thinker (AT) reported Wednesday:
Be careful not to catch any bad men in the act of raping your octogenarian mother, or you might be facing legal consequences for “illegal[ly] recording” a poor Afghan migrant just doing his best to adjust to Western life!
An article from Remix News yesterday reported on a horrific story out of Austria in which an Afghan man who had been hired as a caregiver visited an elderly woman in her state-run facility, and wound up (allegedly) raping her. (The man confessed to the act, but for some reason, the investigation is still ongoing.) Seeing as this woman’s son had just installed security cameras for her safety, he caught the act on video, as well as witnessed the crime during its commission in real-time.
Peak depravity? Not just yet.
The company who hired the migrant (alleged) rapist has demanded that if they’re to continue providing care to this 82-year-old woman, the son needs to remove the cameras.
AT then provides elaboration, quoting Remix:
The organization that sent the Afghan caregiver to the woman’s house was made aware of the incident by the son, but the son says they have offered no support. Instead, they confronted him with harsh demands.
‘I was told quite harshly that my mother’s continued care would only be possible if I deactivated the cameras on her premises. And I was told that her tormentor actually had the right to sue me because I filmed him without permission,’ he said.
As they say, you just can’t make this stuff up.
(Note: The elderly victim is identified only as “Claudia G.,” the alleged rapist as “Sarafaz Z.”)
Not surprisingly, the traumatized 82-year-old will likely never be the same. As Pants on Fire News (PFN) tells us:
The attack completely destroyed Claudia G.’s mental state.
Her lawyer, Manfred Arbacher-Stöger, told the Krone newspaper that his client’s “psyche was completely destroyed by the atrocity committed against her. She has therefore suffered lasting psychological damage.”
The lawyer said she has “lost the will to live.”
The family reports that she now consistently discusses ending her life following the traumatic experience.
Her family says providing care has become increasingly challenging as she battles severe anxiety, depression, and social withdrawal.
Unfortunately, Claudia G.’s case is not an isolated incident, but a recurring theme involving migrant crime. As PFN also relates:
Recently, an Afghan national allegedly raped an elderly woman to death in the French city of Niort, according to prosecutors.
The targeting of elderly victims by foreign attackers has become disturbingly common in France, with victims often in their 80s and 90s.
In one particularly shocking case, a 102-year-old nursing home resident was assaulted by a migrant.
This past May in Sweden, an Iraqi national faced accusations of sexually assaulting three elderly women in a care facility.
Despite facing serious charges and having limited Swedish language skills, he retained his position.
Also this year, Baasim Yusuf, a Somali-born individual, received a jail sentence for attacking multiple elderly Swedish women but remains protected from deportation due to his Swedish citizenship status.
In Germany, an Iraqi citizen faced charges in 2023 for allegedly assaulting a 90-year-old wheelchair-bound woman.
Oh, it’s not just the elderly, either. As The New American has often reported, thousands of women of all ages and children (and some men) are also victimized.
As to this, a handful of U.K. “rape gang” sexual predators — all of Pakistani descent — are finally being held accountable. The victims had to wait two decades, though, because woke authorities didn’t want to prosecute Muslim Pakistanis. (That’s one powerful r-word, that racism.)
On the other hand, a bigger U.K. rape-gang scandal, in South and West Yorkshire, remains unexposed, the Express has reported. But, hey, cut British police some slack. They have their hands full investigating and arresting 12,000 people yearly for online “speech crimes.”
So how bad is the migrant-sex-crime phenomenon overall? Well, Newsrael.com asserted in March that “Muslims raped more women in Europe than [in] Rwanda or Yugoslavia.” It then related stats from a representative nation:
Sweden has the highest sexual assault rates in the EU. When researchers tried to unravel the cause of the sexual assault epidemic in the country they discovered that “first- and second-generation immigrants constituted the majority of the rape offenders”.
Over half of immigrant sex offenders came from the Middle East and Africa.
In Malmo, the largest ‘Muslim city’ in Sweden and Europe, where a quarter of the population is Muslim, the study found that 71% of the convicted rapists were immigrants.
Swedish authorities tried to prosecute the female lead researcher for releasing those numbers.
Note here that prior to Sweden’s mass-migration transformation (starting in the 1990s), the nation was renowned for its safe streets.
So what explains this crime pattern? Robert Spencer, an Islam expert who has studied the Islamic canon exhaustively, has some idea. “The Qur’an teaches,” he wrote last month, “that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use.” Spencer then provided some relevant anecdotes:
In France, a Muslim quoted Qur’an while raping his victim. A survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK has said that her rapists would quote the Qur’an to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam. Thus it came as no surprise when Muslim migrants in France raped a girl and videoed the rape while praising Allah and invoking the Qur’an. In India, a Muslim gave a Qur’an and a prayer rug to the woman he was holding captive and repeatedly raping. And the victim of an Islamic State jihadi rapist recalled: “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God…. He said that raping me is his prayer to God.” In India, a Muslim kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old Hindu girl, and forced her to read the Qur’an and Islamic prayers. In Pakistan, another Christian woman recounted that her rapist was also religious: “He threw me on the bed and started to rape me. He demanded I marry him and convert to Islam…. Rapists demanded that another girl’s family turn her over to them, claiming that she had recited the Islamic profession of faith during the rape and thus could not live among infidels.
So what can be said about the above? While it may be true, it’s also something else: doubleplusungood to think about. So just click your heels together and repeat over and over, “Our strength lies in our diversity.” You’ll feel right as rain.
