The Times of Israel visited the parking garage under Tel Aviv’s landmark Dizengoff Center, where the Brothers and Sisters in Arms protest movement has repurposed its trademark gray tents to house neighborhood residents.

In Ramat Gan’s subterranean Bialik light rail station, we learn how 1,000 people take shelter nightly, with families turning their tiny corners into little apartments.
