Masked raiders stole over £100,000 worth of handbags from a shopping mall in New Jersey in broad daylight.

The unarmed thieves stormed into the Dior shop in Short Hills shortly before 11am on Monday.

Video filmed by people in a nearby store showed the group raiding the shelves and snatching as many of the luxury bags as they could before running off through the mall.

They then fled the scene in a black SUV. 

The masked bandits reportedly got away with 25 Dior handbags.

Staff hidden in a back room had called the police, but by the time officers arrived the men had made their getaway.
