David Lammy was interrupted by several pro-Palestine protesters while delivering a speech setting out Labour’s foreign policy.
The shadow foreign secretary had to leave the stage after two protesters separately leapt on to the stage to protest against Labour’s stance on the Israel-Gaza conflict.
One protester unfurled a Palestinian flag and another, who later stood up in the audience after Mr Lammy had restarted his speech, shouted he had “blood on his hands”.
