A luxurious Wyoming ranch three times the size of London is up for sale for £60m ($79.5m).
The 916,076-acre property straddles four counties, covering more than 1 per cent of the state, and offers “an incredible and rare opportunity for the modern-day cattle baron”, according to Scott Williams, associate broker with Swan Land Company, which represents the listing.
The four-property listing, known as Pathfinder Ranches, sits in a basin bounded by the Ferris, Pedro and Green mountains and consists primarily of expansive meadows.
The ranch, approximately the size of Luxembourg, features the 6,579 sq ft Great Pathfinder Lodge, a nine-bedroom and seven-and-a-half-bathroom homestead. Cow-hide rugs drape the floors and the walls are decorated with bear, bison, and elk heads.
Dotted around the ranch’s exterior are the 3,556 sq ft Sand Creek Hunting lodges, seven employee houses, a riding arena, multiple shops, and a squat stone and wood church.
