Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are flying back to Romania ahead of a court hearing after spending three weeks in the US.
The brothers were pictured on board a private jet as they departed Fort Lauderdale, in Florida, on Friday morning and are scheduled to land in Bucharest late on Friday night.
Once home, they are expected to issue a statement outside their compound to the north of the city.
Andrew Tate, 38, and Tristan Tate, 36, face accusations of forming an organised criminal group, human trafficking, trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor and money-laundering. They have denied wrongdoing.
The brothers flew to the US last month after a court order restricting their travel was lifted, allegedly after pressure from Donald Trump’s administration.
They are legally obliged to report to the Romanian authorities on Monday – 30 days from when they last checked in.
“It’s about their judicial control measures, their probation. It’s a regular hearing,” a spokeswoman for the brothers told The Telegraph. “Under these provisions, they have to present themselves once every 30 days.”
