South Sudan is unlikely to carry out a full and fair investigation into the death of a British journalist, a minister has said.
Christopher Allen, a dual UK-US citizen, was killed in the African country in 2017 by government troops while covering the conflict there.
The 26-year-old’s corpse was mutilated and “trophy images” of his body were filmed and posted online.
A South Sudanese investigation into the killing was dismissed by international observers as a whitewash.
