Sean “Diddy” Combs will argue he was a “swinger” when he goes on trial for sex trafficking.

The disgraced rapper’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said Combs, 55, will claim his “freak off” orgy parties were simply part of the “lifestyle” of a swinger.

The term is often used by swingers to describe group sex.

Mr Agnifilo said the “defendant’s intent (is) that there’s a lifestyle, call it swingers, call it whatever you will, that he was in what he might have thought was appropriate”.

The music mogul is facing accusations of kidnapping, drugging, and coercing women into sex, sometimes using guns and threats of violence.
