Rishi Sunak has vowed to ban American XL Bully dogs by the end of the year.

The Prime Minister said he has brought ministers, police and experts together in an aim to “outlaw” the breed under the Dangerous Dogs Act in the coming months.

It comes after a man died in another suspected attack by the breed on Friday.
