A major incident has been declared after a 52-seater bus crashed into another vehicle in Wales.

Emergency services were called to the Cleddau Bridge, in Pembrokeshire, at around 2.15pm on Tuesday.

An air ambulance is reportedly at the scene with fire crews attempting to free a trapped individual while it treats other injured passengers.

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said in a statement on Twitter: “At the moment, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews are assisting with a major incident on Cleddau Bridge, Pembrokeshire.

“Try to avoid the area if possible while this event continues.”
