Sir Keir Starmer is set to deliver a speech in the 10 Downing Street Rose Garden this morning on his plan to “get a grip” of the UK’s problems. 

The Prime Minister will use the address to warn that “things will get worse before we get better” as the Labour administration tries to deal with “not just an economic black hole but a societal black hole”.

The address comes as the Government continues to battle accusations of cronyism.
