Almost 100 Britons have been told they will be able to leave Gaza today through the Rafah border crossing into Egypt.
A list was published overnight by the Palestinian Border Authority of foreigners and dual citizens who will be allowed to cross.
It said that they must be “present at 7am in the outdoor halls of the crossing to facilitate their travel”.
Scotland’s First Minister Humza Yousaf’s in-laws will be among the 92 people allowed to pass through.
The Rafah crossing is the only way out of Gaza that Israel does not control. It opened two days ago for some foreign nationals and seriously injured Palestinians to leave for the first time since October 7.
