The gunman who opened fire at an ICE centre, killing one and critically injuring two others, watched videos of Charlie Kirk being assassinated before the attack.
The assailant opened fire from a rooftop close to an Immigration, Customs and Enforcement field office in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday, killing one migrant and wounding two others.
The gunman, who died at the scene from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, was identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn by US media.
On the same day he carried out the attack, which is thought to have been motivated by anti-ICE sentiment, the killer searched online for “Charlie Kirk shot video”.
He also used an app that tracked the presence of ICE agents, Kash Patel, director of the FBI, said in a statement.
