Cardiff's police chief has admitted that officers could have been <a href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2023/05/23/cardiff-ely-riot-police-chase-rumours-teens-killed-crash/">chasing teens on e-bikes before a fatal crash</a>, despite previously denying it.
