A Crown actor is set to be interviewed by police following his attendance at a pro-Palestine rally.
Khalid Abdalla, who played Dodi Fayed in the Netflix show, said he had been summoned to a “formal interview” in a letter from the Metropolitan Police on Thursday.
The force has confirmed that eight people have been invited to an “interview under caution at a police station” as part of its investigation into potential breaches of protest conditions.
It relates to a Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) rally on Jan 18 that saw more than 70 protesters arrested after demonstrators broke through a police line as they marched from a rally in Whitehall.
