The federal judge assigned to hear the Jan. 6, 2021, allegations against President Trump has been revealed to have a family with a history in Jamaica of Marxist revolutionary tactics.

A report from Becker News explained Tanya S. Chutkan, appointed by President Obama, is the grandchild of Frank Hill, a communist revolutionary in Jamaica who was jailed for a time, with his brother Ken, by the British governor during World War II because of suspicions of “subversive activities.”

Frank Hill’s daughter, Noelle Hill, is Chutkan’s mother, according to public records.

Media outlets explained Frank and Ken both were tossed from the People’s National Party of Jamaica for their communist beliefs.

Details in a 1999 book, “Towards Decolonisation: Political, Labour and Economic Developments in Jamaica 1938-1945” by Richard Hart, said Ken was the “more pragmatic and less concerned with political theory.”

Hart wrote that Frank likely influenced his brother to consider himself a communist.

The report explained, “Chutkan has faced accusations from conservatives, who allege that she demonstrates political bias in her role. Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, for example, recently introduced a resolution seeking to censure and investigate the judge for ‘open bias and partisanship in the conduct of her official duties,’ referencing her past remarks in support of Black Lives Matter protesters in 2020.”

Gaetz warned, “Tanya Chutkan was appointed as a district judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia by President Barack Obama after donating thousands of dollars to get him elected.”

The report noted, in fact, Chutkan gave $1,500 to Obama’s campaign, establishing her credentials as a leftist activist on the court.

Further, Gaetz accused Chutkan of inappropriately expressing support “for violent protests that occurred in the summer of 2020, all the while handing down multiple tough sentences to non-violent January 6th defendants. Additionally, during a sentencing hearing in October 2022, she inappropriately lamented that President Donald Trump ‘remains free to this day.’”

The judge time and again has claimed that the January 6 events were an attempt to “overthrow” the government, even though if that was accurate it was the worst attempt ever. That’s because those who turned from protesting to rioting had no plan for a subsequent government, no one to lead them, no way to control the military, no way to impose their message on the media. In short, no recognizable plan at all.

Her comments at one point noted the George Floyd death at the hands of police in Minneapolis.

“People gathered all over the country last year to protest the violent murder by the police of an unarmed man. Some of those protesters became violent. But to compare the actions of people protesting, mostly peacefully, for civil rights, to those of a violent mob seeking to overthrow the lawfully elected government is a false equivalency and ignores a very real danger that the January 6 riot posed to the foundation of our democracy,” she said.

In fact, the January 6 protesters didn’t kill anyone, even though police shot and killed an unarmed protester. The BLM riots led to nearly two dozen deaths, the report said.

According to the New York Post, Frank Hill actually was a “Jamaican communist revolutionary.”
