The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments Thursday over former President Trump’s ballot eligibility under the 14th Amendment, a historic showdown that has thrust the justices into the center of the 2024 presidential election. 

The nine justices are hearing an appeal of the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling that kicks Trump off the state’s primary ballot.
