The Supreme Court on Monday unanimously ruled Colorado cannot disqualify former President Trump from the state’s ballot under the 14th Amendment’s insurrection ban.

The historic decision preserves the ability of the Republican front-runner to seek a second presidential term.

The justices’ decision on the eve of Super Tuesday effectively ends the long-shot efforts aimed at preventing Trump from returning to the White House.
