NextImg:Miller on Ocasio-Cortez height crack: ‘We knew that her brain didn’t work’

Stephen Miller, the deputy White House chief of staff, clapped back at Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) on Monday after she joked about his height and called him a “clown.”

“Well, we knew that her brain didn’t work,” Miller told Fox News’s Laura Ingraham on her show “The Ingraham Angle.” “Now we know that her eyes don’t work. So, the, she’s a mess, right? What a trainwreck. What a trainwreck.”

“Every time she’s on TV, Republican approval ratings go up, Democratic approval ratings go down,” Miller continued. “That lady is a walking nightmare.”

Miller told Ingraham that he was 5 feet, 10 inches tall.

In a Monday night post on the social platform X, Ocasio-Cortez said she was “crying” over Miller addressing her height criticism.

“I cannot believe they aired this and made him listen to it live,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote.

During an Instagram livestream on Sunday, Ocasio-Cortez ripped into Miller and other Trump officials. She said the best way to resist the administration is to laugh at it.

“The point is that they are scraping and grasping at straws because they have nothing else,’ Ocasio-Cortez said. “Laugh at them, Stephen Miller is a clown! I’ve never seen that guy in real life, but he looks like he’s, like, [4 feet, 10 inches tall]. He looks like he is angry about the fact that he’s [4 feet, 10 inches] and he has taken that anger out on any other population possible. Like, laugh at them.”

Ocasio-Cortez also went after Miller’s “insecure masculinity.”

“One of the best ways you can dismantle a movement of insecure men is by making fun of them, by having secure men who aren’t afraid of successful people around them who are also participating in that as well,” she said.

Ocasio-Cortez and Miller regularly go head-to-head with political opponents on television and social media. Ocasio-Cortez has been a prominent voice in talking about the government shutdown, while also hitting back at Republicans who claimed that she could challenge Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) in the next primary for his seat.

Earlier on Sunday, Miller slammed Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) after he accused Miller of doxing a judge in South Carolina before her house was burned down. Miller called Goldman’s remarks “deeply warped and vile.”
