First lady Jill Biden is telling women that it’s time to take “care of yourself,” urging them to get mammograms as part of a breast cancer awareness push.

“Right now, I bet you’re busy taking care of everyone else in your life. The mental load of keeping up with work and family is exhausting,” Biden said in a public service announcement (PSA) from Lifetime released Wednesday.

“When was the last time you took care of yourself?” she asked, sporting a pink dress while standing on the White House grounds.

Timed to the beginning of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Biden appealed to viewers to “put your health first.”

“Take a moment to talk to your doctor about whether it’s time for your mammogram or other cancer screenings,” she said.

“There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, but we know that early detection of cancer saves lives,” Biden added.

The first lady, along with President Biden, relaunched the “cancer moonshot” initiative last year, with the aim of ending “cancer as we know it.”

The PSA, part of Lifetime’s “Stop Breast Cancer for Life” campaign, will air on the women-focused network and its digital platforms, along with another video featuring actor Keshia Knight Pulliam and “The Bachelorette’s” Rachel Lindsay. Lifetime also said it would feature several “breast cancer-themed movies” during October.
